We want to thank all the artists who have participated in the past 2

Walking Arts Tour and we have taken your feedback very seriously. Locations are now under a full review process and being carefully considered before being included in the tour. We have selected all dates/times and locations prior to the release of this application so there will be no confusion regarding drop off and pick up. We are expanding to sites in Bluepoint, Bayport and Beyond! We also have plans of a downloadable Pod Cast-a discussion of each artist/work prior to taking the stroll! This Walking Arts Tour will be the best one yet!

We are very excited to announce guest Curator Maria Macedonio-Ritter for the Fall 2010 WAT. Ms. Ritter is a fine artist and the Founding Director of the Center for Visual Arts in Bluepoint, NY. The Fall 2010 WAT will have 2 great events surrounding it, a PAC Mixer and WAT kickoff party on Saturday August 28th, 2010 at the Center for Visual Arts in Bluepoint and on Sunday October 24th, 2010 PAC and the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts Live in the Lobby will come together once again for the 3rd annual Patchogue Arts Festival, a free day of art, poetry and live music throughout Patchogue! We look forward to seeing your work as we walk the Fall 2010 PAC WAT!

If you are interested in volunteering for this years WAT or Patchogue Arts Festival please join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday June 30th at 7pm.

A few areas we will be looking for are people for a STREET TEAM to hang posters and hand out post cards, individuals to act as docents and walk through the event providing information about artists, their work or the events of the day, people to help hang and take down the work, people to oversee drop off and pick up of the work, people to set up and maintain the food table at the kick off party and festival, and just general people power!

The Patchogue Arts Council Inc. (PAC) is pleased to announce the second annual Walking Arts Tour!!!

Another fabulous group of artists have been invited to display their talents in a number of Patchogue locations, storefronts, restaurants, and open spaces.

Starting September 21st all artists work will be on view and the tour will officially begin!

Join us and enjoy our Walking Arts Tour The newly formed Patchogue Arts Council Inc. (PAC) is pleased to announce that it is hosting its’ first winter Walking Tour beginning December 15th 2008 through March 15th 2009.

A vast spectrum of artists spanning across the five boroughs and all of L.I. have been invited to display their work in a number of Patchogue locations, storefronts, restaurants, and open spaces. Artist Reception: January 24th, 2008 1pm.
